This Electric Fully Welded Ball Valve is a professional on-off valve specially designed for smart pipe networks and remote automatic control scenarios. Its core adopts an integrally welded valve body made of Q235B/Q355B high-quality carbon structural steel plate with CNC rolling and fully automatic one-piece welding, without split connections, bolt fastenings and aging-prone gaskets, completely eliminating the risk of valve body external leakage from the root.
Equipped with an intelligent electric actuator as standard, the valve can realize remote opening and closing, precise regulation and status feedback. The full-series soft seal structure is suitable for low pressure working conditions of PN10-PN25 (Class150), covering full sizes DN50-DN1200. It strictly complies with GB, ANSI/ASME and API 6D standards, and is the core control equipment for automatic pipe networks such as urban smart gas, district heating, municipal water supply & drainage and long-distance transmission pipelines.
