This Buried Full Welded Ball Valve is a special on-off valve tailor-made for direct underground burial working conditions. Its core adopts an integrally welded valve body made of Q235B/Q355B high-quality carbon structural steel plate with CNC rolling and fully automatic one-piece welding, without split connections, bolt fastenings and aging-prone gaskets, completely eliminating the risk of valve body external leakage from the root.
Fully optimized for underground scenarios, the product is equipped with full-series soft seal structure, customizable extended stem and heavy anti-corrosion system as standard, suitable for low pressure working conditions of PN10-PN25 (Class150), covering full sizes DN50-DN1200. It strictly complies with GB, ANSI/ASME and API 6D standards, and is the core safety control equipment for underground pipe networks such as urban gas, district heating and municipal water supply & drainage.

1. Buried-Specific Fully Welded Body, Settlement Resistance & Zero Leakage
The valve body is integrally welded from carbon steel plate, without any potential external leakage points such as split flanges and bolt fastenings. 100% ultrasonic non-destructive testing for the weld seam ensures the welding strength is completely consistent with the base metal. The valve body has extremely strong overall rigidity, which can withstand soil pressure, vehicle load, geological settlement and pipeline deformation under underground working conditions, supports direct buried installation without inspection wells, and completely solves the industry pain points of easy loosening, leakage and damage of traditional flanged valves buried underground.
2. Underground Exclusive Heavy Anti-Corrosion System, Ultra-Long Service Life
Three-layer anti-corrosion optimization is specially designed for underground humid, acid-base and stray current corrosion environment, which is the core guarantee for long-term stable operation in buried conditions:
The whole valve body adopts heavy anti-corrosion epoxy powder electrostatic spraying with dry film thickness ≥300μm, which has strong adhesion, scratch resistance, soil acid and alkali corrosion resistance, moisture and aging resistance, and the underground anti-corrosion life can reach more than 30 years;
Optional sacrificial anode cathodic protection device can effectively resist underground stray current corrosion, perfectly meeting the anti-corrosion requirements of long-distance buried pipelines;
The stem and fasteners are all treated with galvanizing/nickel plating anti-corrosion treatment to eliminate rust and jamming in underground environment and ensure smooth opening and closing for a long time.
