This Carbon Steel Fully Welded Ball Valve is made of Q235B/Q355B high-quality carbon structural steel plate with CNC rolling and fully automatic one-piece welding. It is equipped with full-series polymer soft seal structure, specially designed for PN10-PN25 (Class150) low pressure working conditions. Covering full sizes DN50-DN1200, it strictly complies with GB, ANSI/ASME and API 6D standards, eliminating external leakage risk from the root. It is the core on-off equipment for low pressure underground pipe networks such as urban gas, district heating and municipal water supply & drainage.

Steel Plate Welded Body, Zero Leakage & Settlement Resistance
Integral welded structure has no potential leakage points like split flanges and bolt fastenings. 100% ultrasonic NDT for weld seam ensures the same strength as base metal. The rigid valve body withstands soil pressure and conventional geological settlement, supports direct buried installation without large inspection wells.

Full Series Soft Seal, Bidirectional Zero Leakage
Standard PTFE/RPTFE/PPL wear-resistant soft seal seat with built-in preload spring realizes bidirectional elastic fitting, reaching ANSI B16.104 Class VI zero leakage. It has low opening and closing torque, easy operation, excellent wear and aging resistance. Optional fire-resistant structure meets API 607 standard, suitable for flammable and explosive media such as gas.

Full Bore Design, Low Flow Resistance for Large Flow
Straight through full bore flow channel with smooth inner wall and no throttling, extremely low medium resistance greatly reduces pipeline transmission energy consumption. It supports standard pig passage, perfectly meeting the pigging demand of long-distance pipelines.

Underground Maintenance-Free, Long Anti-Corrosion Life
Standard customizable extended stem realizes ground operation without excavation. The valve body is coated with heavy anti-corrosion epoxy powder with dry film thickness ≥300μm, with underground anti-corrosion life over 30 years, and optional cathodic protection device. The fully welded structure has no vulnerable parts, realizing maintenance-free for the whole life cycle.
Safety Design, Wide Adaptability
Full series standard anti-static and blow-out proof stem structure; dual compliance with GB and ANSI standards, optional butt weld/flanged connection; supports manual, worm gear, electric and pneumatic operation, with standard ISO5211 mounting pad for smart pipe network automation control.
