Product Overview
This Pneumatic High Pressure Forged Steel Ball Valve adopts an integral forged steel body driven by a quarter-turn pneumatic actuator. Specially designed for high-pressure conditions Class600 to 2500, it features high pressure resistance, reliable sealing, fast operation and high automation. In strict compliance with API 6D, ASME B16.34 and API 607 fire-safe standards, it is widely used in high-pressure and flammable-explosive pipelines such as oil & gas exploitation, natural gas gathering, petrochemical industry and power station high-pressure systems for remote automatic on-off control.

Key Features
1. Integral Forged Steel Body
The valve body is integrally forged from A105, F304, F316 forged steel, with dense material free of casting blowholes and sand defects. Its mechanical strength is much higher than cast steel valves, with excellent resistance to high-pressure impact and alternating stress. It can stably adapt to full high-pressure ratings Class600/900/1500/2500 without deformation or leakage under long-term high pressure.
2. Pneumatic Intelligent Actuation System
Equipped with a special rack-and-pinion pneumatic actuator, supporting bothdouble acting and single acting spring return (fail-safe) modes, working stably at 0.4~0.8MPa air supply pressure. It can be equipped with solenoid valve, limit switch, valve positioner and other accessories to realize remote on-off control and 4-20mA regulation control, with fast opening and closing response, suitable for automatic high-pressure pipe network systems.

3. High-Pressure Special Sealing Design
Adopting floating/fixed ball high-pressure sealing structure, the seat is made of metal hard seal or reinforced flexible graphite seal with medium self-energized sealing feature. The higher the pressure, the more reliable the sealing, realizing bidirectional zero leakage. The stem adopts anti-blowout structure with multi-layer high-pressure packing seal, completely eliminating high-pressure medium external leakage.
4. Industrial-Grade Safety Protection
Built-in anti-static structure to avoid static accumulation during operation of flammable-explosive media. The overall structure meets API 607 fire-safe standard, maintaining effective sealing under fire conditions. Full bore/reduced bore is optional, with low flow resistance and non-clogging, suitable for high-pressure media with a small amount of impurities.
