The Stainless Steel Threaded Gate Valve is a straight‑pattern gate valve with an all‑stainless‑steel body and female threaded ends. It is designed only for ON‑OFF (open/close) service – not for flow regulation. The Stainless Steel Threaded Gate Valve mainly consists of the following parts:

1. 阀体: Precision cast stainless steel body in CF8 (304), CF8M (316), or CF3M (316L). Female threaded ends (NPT, BSPT, BSPP, or G threads). Full‑bore or reduced bore (depending on standard).

2. Gate: Wedge‑type single gate (or double gate). The sealing face can be hardfaced with Stellite or machined directly. The gate is lapped with the seats to form a metal‑to‑metal or soft (PTFE‑covered) seal.
