This High Pressure Electric Ball Valve is tailor-made for Class150~Class2500 (PN20~PN420) ultra-high pressure working conditions. Its core adopts two key configurations: integral forged steel trunnion mounted valve body + heavy-duty intelligent electric actuator. The full range from DN15 to DN400 adopts trunnion mounted double seat structure, equipped with GB/ANSI high pressure standard flanged connection as standard.

Driven by the electric actuator, the ball rotates 90° to realize remote on-off control, emergency shut-off and flow proportional regulation of high-pressure pipelines. It can be seamlessly connected to DCS/PLC industrial automatic control systems, with precise control, fast response, pressure and impact resistance, safety and explosion-proof performance.

It strictly complies with global high-pressure valve industrial standards including GB/T 12237, ANSI/ASME B16.34 and API 6D, and is widely used in ultra-high pressure automation working conditions such as oil and gas long-distance pipelines, refinery hydrogenation units, chemical high-pressure synthesis, power plant high-pressure systems, and hydrogen energy storage and transportation.

   All core pressure-bearing parts such as valve body and bonnet are integrally formed from A105, F304, F316 high-pressure special forged steel, without casting defects.    The core is equipped with a heavy-duty quarter-turn electric actuator exclusive for high pressure ball valves, fully focusing on the core control demand of electric actuation, optimized for high pressure working conditions:

   Heavy-duty high torque design, the output torque accurately matches the high pressure opening and closing demand, with stable opening and closing without impact, suitable for driving high pressure ball valves of full range DN15~DN400;

Full control mode coverage: on/off type / regulating type (4-20mA/0-10V analog) options, supporting local manual operation, remote DCS/PLC system linkage, Modbus/Profibus bus communication, realizing remote precise control of high pressure pipelines;

   Special sealing optimization for ultra-high pressure working conditions, full coverage of two sealing options: soft seal type adopts high-pressure reinforced PEEK/PPL valve seat with built-in disc spring constant pressure preload, suitable for Class150~Class1500 medium and high pressure working conditions, reaching ANSI B16.104 Class VI bidirectional zero leakage; metal hard seal type sealing surface is overlaid with Stellite hard alloy / tungsten carbide, after high-precision paired grinding, the surface hardness reaches HRC45-65, resistant to ultra-high pressure erosion, wear and high temperature, full pressure coverage from Class150 to Class2500 maximum grade, reliable shut-off in both forward and reverse directions.

2. Standard High Pressure Flanged Connection, Easy Installation & Maintenance

   The full series only adopts GB/ANSI high pressure flanged connection, the flange dimensions, sealing surface and bolt hole spacing are 100% in line with GB/T 9113 and ANSI/ASME B16.5 high pressure standards. RF raised face is standard for Class150~Class600, RTJ ring joint face is standard for Class900~Class2500 ultra-high pressure working conditions. It can be directly seamlessly connected with the same standard high pressure pipeline, with reliable sealing and convenient disassembly and assembly, no hot work welding is needed for installation and maintenance.

It fully avoids safety risks under ultra-high pressure working conditions. The trunnion mounted structure ensures uniform wear of the sealing surface, no jamming and no uneven wear after frequent opening and closing, with extremely low operation and maintenance cost in the whole life cycle.
