This High Pressure Electric Ball Valve is tailor-made for Class150~Class2500 (PN20~PN420) ultra-high pressure working conditions. Its core adopts two key configurations: integral forged steel trunnion mounted valve body + heavy-duty intelligent electric actuator. The full range from DN15 to DN400 adopts trunnion mounted double seat structure, equipped with GB/ANSI high pressure standard flanged connection as standard.
Driven by the electric actuator, the ball rotates 90° to realize remote on-off control, emergency shut-off and flow proportional regulation of high-pressure pipelines. It can be seamlessly connected to DCS/PLC industrial automatic control systems, with precise control, fast response, pressure and impact resistance, safety and explosion-proof performance.
It strictly complies with global high-pressure valve industrial standards including GB/T 12237, ANSI/ASME B16.34 and API 6D, and is widely used in ultra-high pressure automation working conditions such as oil and gas long-distance pipelines, refinery hydrogenation units, chemical high-pressure synthesis, power plant high-pressure systems, and hydrogen energy storage and transportation.

All core pressure-bearing parts such as valve body and bonnet are integrally formed from A105, F304, F316 high-pressure special forged steel, without casting defects. With wall thickness redundancy reinforced design according to the maximum pressure rating of Class2500, 100% of the products have passed ultrasonic flaw detection, hydraulic pressure test and air tightness test, completely eliminating the risk of valve body leakage and deformation under ultra-high pressure working conditions.
