This Electric Floating Stainless Steel Ball Valve is a professional automatic on-off and flow regulation valve for industrial flanged pipelines, based on 304/316 stainless steel valve body, with floating ball structure as the core and electric intelligent drive as the control core. It drives the ball to rotate 90° through the electric actuator to quickly complete the pipeline opening and closing control, and can be seamlessly connected to DCS/PLC industrial automatic control systems. It is the core fluid control equipment for automatic management and control of small and medium diameter pipelines and unattended working conditions.
The full series is equipped with standard GB/ANSI flanged connection as standard, available in full sizes DN15–DN200 (NPS 1/2″–8″) and full pressure ratings PN16–PN100 (Class150–Class600). It strictly complies with global general industrial standards including GB/T 12237, ANSI/ASME B16.34 and API 608. Widely used in food and pharmaceutical, fine chemical, water treatment, municipal HVAC, gas transmission and distribution and other fields, it is especially suitable for corrosion-resistant, sanitary-grade, small and medium diameter automatic pipeline scenarios.

All-Stainless Steel Body, Corrosion Resistance & Anti-Pollution
All core wetted parts including valve body, ball and stem are integrally precision cast from food-grade 304/316/316L stainless steel, with excellent rust resistance, acid and alkali resistance, chloride ion corrosion resistance. No harmful substance precipitation, no medium retention dead angle, completely eliminating secondary pollution of the pipeline, sanitary and environmentally friendly, with a service life much longer than carbon steel valves.

Floating Ball Core Structure, Self-Tightening Bidirectional Zero Leakage
Adopts the core floating ball structure, the ball has no fixed support shaft, and can produce a slight floating under the action of medium pressure, automatically pressing against the downstream valve seat to achieve a self-tightening sealing effect of the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal. The bidirectional flow channel design can achieve reliable sealing regardless of the forward or reverse flow of the medium. The soft seal type reaches ANSI B16.104 Class VI zero leakage standard, and the optional metal hard seal type is suitable for high temperature and particle-laden working conditions. It has low opening and closing torque and no jamming, perfectly suitable for frequent opening and closing requirements of small and medium diameter pipelines within DN200.

Intelligent Electric Drive, Remote & Precise Control
Equipped with industrial-grade intelligent electric actuator as standard, supporting on/off type and regulating type options, which can realize local manual operation and remote DCS/PLC system linkage control. Built-in multiple safety protection including over-torque, overheat and overload, standard equipped with real-time valve position feedback and fault alarm function. IP67 protection grade adapts to harsh outdoor environments, with a built-in emergency manual operation handwheel for normal valve opening and closing even under power failure and fault conditions.

Standard Flanged Connection, Easy Installation & Maintenance
The whole series only adopts standard GB/ANSI flanged connection. The flange size, sealing surface and bolt hole spacing are 100% in line with GB/T 9113 and ANSI B16.5 global general standards. It can be directly seamlessly connected with flanged pipelines of the same specification, with convenient disassembly and assembly, reliable butt sealing, reducing the hidden danger of external leakage from the root, perfectly suitable for the installation and daily maintenance requirements of full bore range from DN15 to DN200.

Multiple Safety Design, Stable & Durable Operation
The whole series is equipped with anti-static, stem blow-out proof, body cavity automatic pressure relief safety structure as standard, optional fire-safe design, complying with API 607 fire and anti-static standards. The inner wall of the flow channel is smooth with low flow resistance, the valve only needs 90° rotation for opening and closing, with fast action response and no jamming. It maintains stable performance even after long-term frequent opening and closing, with extremely low operation and maintenance cost in the whole life cycle.
