This Forged Steel Gate Valve is a universal high-pressure on-off control valve for industrial pipeline systems. It adopts an integral forged steel body and realizes full open and full close control through gate lifting, specially designed for small-bore high-temperature, high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure harsh working conditions.
It is available in GB standard DN15–DN50 (ANSI standard NPS 1/2″–2″), with full pressure ratings of ANSI Class 150–Class 2500 & GB PN16–PN420 (Class 2500 corresponds to PN420, 420 bar working pressure). It strictly complies with global mainstream industrial standards including GB, ANSI/ASME and API.

The sealing surfaces of the gate and seat are precision lapped and matched. The metal-to-metal hard seal structure has high fitting degree, realizing tight shut-off without internal leakage and medium backflow. The sealing surface is wear-resistant, erosion-resistant and corrosion-resistant, maintaining reliable sealing even under ultra-high pressure working conditions, with a service life much longer than that of ordinary cast gate valves.

Rising stem structure, stable and controllable opening and closing
It adopts an outside screw and yoke rising stem design. During opening and closing, the valve stem only moves up and down without rotation, which effectively protects the valve stem thread and packing seal. At the same time, the valve opening can be intuitively judged by the lifting height of the stem, with accurate operation, stable opening and closing, and no jamming, suitable for stable operation under high pressure working conditions.
