The full range of the valve is equipped with standard RF raised face flanges complying with GB/T 9113 and ANSI/ASME B16.5 global universal standards, available in GB standard DN15–DN300 (ANSI standard NPS 1/2″–12″) full size bore, and full pressure ratings of ANSI Class 150–Class 600 & GB PN16–PN100. 304 stainless steel: has excellent rust resistance and atmospheric corrosion resistance, no harmful substance precipitation, suitable for food and pharmaceutical, water treatment, HVAC and other conventional working conditions, sanitary and environmentally friendly, with stable performance in full bore specifications;

2. Precision Lapped Stainless Steel Ball, Full Bore Bidirectional Zero Leakage Sealing
Adopts high-precision mirror-lapped integrated stainless steel ball, the roundness tolerance of DN15-DN300 full specification balls is ≤0.005mm, matched with PTFE/PPL reinforced seal seat, to achieve bidirectional zero leakage sealing:
The stainless steel ball is wear-resistant, erosion-resistant and non-deformable. The large-bore ball adopts integral forging process to eliminate splicing deformation, maintains accuracy after long-term frequent opening and closing, and has stable sealing performance;
Tight shut-off without internal leakage and cross flow, accurate 90° rotation opening and closing, achieving zero leakage under rated pressure, suitable for accurate control of various media. The stainless steel ball and seat adopt low friction coefficient seal design, the opening and closing torque of DN15-DN300 full specifications is optimized. The manual operation is light and labor-saving, the large-bore specification is matched with gear drive, no pressure for operation, and stronger adaptability to automatic actuators, no jamming or sticking. Applicable temperature range: -40℃ ~ 230℃ (soft seal); -40℃ ~ 450℃ (hard seal).
