The Tilted Disc Axial Flow Check Valve is a spring‑assisted check valve featuring an axial streamline flow path and a disc that opens and closes by tilting around an eccentric pin shaft. Compared with traditional swing check valves, this valve offers extremely low flow resistance, short closing stroke, low water hammer impact, and reliable sealing. Under forward flow pressure, the disc tilts open, creating an almost unobstructed flow path. When reverse flow occurs or flow stops, the disc closes rapidly under the combined action of spring force, gravity, and reverse media pressure, effectively eliminating water hammer.
This valve is widely used in applications with high demands on water hammer protection and energy efficiency, such as high‑pressure pump discharges, long‑distance water transmission lines, petrochemical plants, power stations, water treatment systems, and marine systems.
