This Pneumatic High Pressure Ball Valve is designed for Class150~Class2500 (PN20~PN420) ultra-high pressure working conditions, with an integral forged steel valve body and heavy-duty pneumatic actuator as the core. The full series is equipped with GB/ANSI high pressure flanged connection as standard. It drives the ball to rotate 90° pneumatically to realize fast on-off, emergency shut-off and flow regulation of high-pressure pipelines, and can be seamlessly connected to DCS/PLC automatic control systems, with fast switching, pressure and impact resistance, safety and explosion-proof performance.
Available in full sizes DN15–DN400, it strictly complies with global high pressure valve standards including GB, API and ANSI, and is widely used in ultra-high pressure industrial scenarios such as oil and gas wellheads, refineries, power plants, high pressure water treatment, and hydrogen energy storage and transportation.

Equipped with high pressure special pneumatic actuator, full coverage of double acting / single acting spring return (fail-safe type), suitable for 0.4-1.0MPa air supply, the fastest switching time 0.3s. Can be matched with explosion-proof solenoid valve, valve positioner and other accessories, standard IP67 protection, optional ExdⅡBT4/CT4 explosion-proof grade.

High Pressure Special Sealing, Bidirectional Zero Leakage
Two sealing options: soft seal type with reinforced PEEK/PPL seat, suitable for medium and high pressure within Class1500, reaching Class VI zero leakage; metal hard seal type overlaid with Stellite/tungsten carbide, resistant to high pressure erosion and high temperature, full pressure coverage from Class150 to Class2500.

Standard High Pressure Flanged Connection
The full series only adopts GB/ANSI high pressure flanged connection, RF face for Class150~Class600, RTJ ring joint face for Class900~Class2500. It can be directly connected with the same standard high pressure pipeline, with reliable sealing and convenient disassembly and maintenance.

Multiple Safety Structures
Standard equipped with anti-static, blow-out proof stem, API 607 fire-safe structure, high pressure emergency grease injection port at valve seat and stem, and body cavity automatic pressure relief structure, to ensure the operation safety of ultra-high pressure pipelines.
