This NPT Stainless Steel Ball Valve is a general-purpose pipeline on-off control valve with NPT American taper pipe thread as the core connection method and 304/316 stainless steel as the main material. The thread of the product fully complies with the ANSI B1.20.1 American standard. It drives the ball to rotate 90° through the handle to quickly complete the pipeline opening and closing, with reliable sealing, convenient installation and excellent corrosion resistance. It is the most widely used basic valve in small-bore pipelines of the American standard system.

Available in full sizes DN6–DN100 (NPS 1/8″–4″), it strictly complies with API 608 and ANSI B16.34 industrial valve standards, and is widely used in American standard pipeline scenarios such as petrochemical, water treatment, hydraulic and pneumatic, gas transmission, and import and export equipment supporting.

1. Core NPT American Taper Pipe Thread, Self-Locking Sealing & Strong Adaptability

   The product fully focuses on the core design of NPT. All threads strictly follow the ANSI B1.20.1 American standard for taper pipe threads, with 60° tooth taper design. The thread engagement forms a self-locking metal-to-metal seal, which can achieve reliable sealing without external leakage with sealing materials, anti-vibration and anti-loosening, and long-term stable operation under high pressure working conditions. It can be directly and seamlessly connected with global general NPT threaded pipelines, fittings and instruments without adapter adaptation, perfectly matching the installation requirements of American standard industrial systems and import and export equipment.

2. All-Stainless Steel Body, Wide Corrosion Resistance Adaptability

   All wetted parts such as valve body, ball and stem are integrally formed from food-grade 304/316/316L stainless steel, with rust and acid and alkali resistance, chloride ion corrosion resistance, no heavy metal precipitation, complying with drinking water sanitary standards. It is suitable for various working conditions such as water, steam, oil, corrosive media and sanitary media, and its service life is much longer than valves of ordinary materials.

3. Floating Ball Soft Seal Structure, Bidirectional Zero Leakage

   Adopting floating ball self-tightening sealing design, the higher the medium pressure, the tighter the seal. Equipped with standard PTFE/RPTFE/PPL wear-resistant valve seat, paired by high-precision mirror grinding, the sealing grade reaches ANSI B16.104 Class VI bidirectional zero leakage, with small opening and closing torque, smooth operation, suitable for frequent opening and closing scenarios.

4. Flexible Structure, Safe, Durable & Strong Adaptability

   1-piece/2-piece/3-piece valve body options are available to meet different installation and maintenance requirements. Standard equipped with anti-static structure and bottom-mounted T-type blow-out proof stem to eliminate potential safety hazards. The handle has 90° precise limit and lock hole to prevent misoperation, and reserves ISO 5211 standard mounting pad, which can be directly matched with electric/pneumatic actuators to realize automatic control.
