Product Overview

This Pneumatic High Performance Butterfly Valve (Standard Model: D672X Double Offset, D673H Triple Offset) is an industrial-grade valve for harsh working conditions, with pneumatic intelligent actuation as the control core and double/triple offset friction-free metal hard seal as the high-performance main body. With the offset structure realizing full-stroke friction-free operation, it is equipped with a heavy-duty pneumatic actuator, which can be seamlessly connected to PLC/DCS industrial automatic control systems for remote fast on-off and precise flow regulation.

It features low operating torque, bidirectional zero leakage, long service life, high pressure and high temperature resistance. Fully compliant with API 609, MSS SP-68, ISO 5211 and other international standards, it covers sizes DN50-DN1200 (NPS 2″-48″), widely used in key industrial pipelines with high temperature, high pressure and frequent operation, such as petrochemical, power plants, oil & gas storage and transportation, metallurgy and coal chemical industry.

1. High Performance Offset Seal Structure, Zero Leakage & Long Service Life

   Optimized double/triple offset 3D design ensures no sliding friction of sealing surfaces during full opening and closing stroke. Operating torque is over 60% lower than ordinary concentric butterfly valves, with a cycle life of more than 10,000 times, 5-8 times longer than standard soft seal butterfly valves. Sealing surfaces are plasma spray welded with Stellite hard alloy, hardness up to HRC40-65, with excellent high temperature resistance, erosion resistance and anti-seizure performance. Elastic metal seat realizes self-energized bidirectional sealing, tighter with higher pressure, reaching ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class V sealing grade, and automatically compensates for thermal expansion and contraction to avoid sealing failure.

Standard AT/GT series rack and pinion quarter-turn pneumatic actuators, full coverage of double acting (DA) / single acting spring return (SR, Fail Open / Fail Close, fail-safe type), suitable for 0.4-0.8MPa clean compressed air, the fastest switching time is 0.5 seconds, ideal for frequent operation and emergency shut-off conditions;
