This Forged Steel High Pressure Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is tailor-made for Class150~Class2500 (PN20~PN420) ultra-high pressure working conditions. The full range from DN15 to DN400 adopts trunnion mounted double seat structure, with an integral forged steel valve body specially for high pressure as the core, and equipped with GB/ANSI high pressure standard flanged connection as standard. It realizes on-off control of high-pressure pipelines through 90° rotation of the ball.
Relying on the high-strength pressure resistance of forged steel material and the high-pressure stability of trunnion mounted structure, it has the core advantages of zero leakage, impact resistance, erosion resistance and stable opening and closing. Full Bore Range Trunnion Mounted Double Seat Structure, Optimized for High Pressure
The full range from DN15 to DN400 uniformly adopts trunnion mounted double seat structure. The ball is accurately positioned by fixed support shafts on the upper and lower sides, with no radial offset and no extrusion deformation under ultra-high pressure working conditions, ensuring constant and stable opening and closing torque. It completely solves the industry pain points of sudden torque increase and uneven wear of sealing surface of floating ball structure under high pressure. The bidirectional double seat self-tightening sealing design realizes tighter sealing with higher pressure, and reliable shut-off in both forward and reverse directions, perfectly adapting to the maximum pressure rating of Class2500.

Integral Forged Steel Valve Body, Ultra-High Pressure Resistance
All core pressure-bearing parts such as valve body and bonnet are integrally forged from A105, F304, F316, F316L high-pressure special forged steel, without casting defects such as sand holes, blowholes and porosity. Its material density, deformation resistance and cracking resistance are far better than cast valve bodies.
With wall thickness redundancy reinforced design according to the maximum pressure rating of Class2500 (PN420), 100% of the products have passed ultrasonic flaw detection, hydraulic pressure test and air tightness test, completely eliminating the risk of valve body leakage and deformation under ultra-high pressure working conditions.

Soft seal type: Adopts high-pressure reinforced PEEK/PPL valve seat with built-in disc spring constant pressure preload, suitable for medium and high pressure working conditions of Class150~Class1500, reaching ANSI B16.104 Class VI bidirectional zero leakage;
Metal hard seal type: The sealing surface is overlaid with Stellite hard alloy / tungsten carbide, after high-precision paired grinding, the surface hardness reaches HRC45-65, resistant to ultra-high pressure erosion, wear and high temperature, full pressure coverage from Class150 to Class2500 maximum grade, suitable for harsh high pressure working conditions.

The full series only adopts GB/ANSI high pressure flanged connection, the flange dimensions, sealing surface and bolt hole spacing are 100% in line with GB/T 9113 and ANSI/ASME B16.5 high pressure standards. RF raised face is standard for Class150~Class600, RTJ ring joint face is standard for Class900~Class2500 ultra-high pressure working conditions. It can be directly seamlessly connected with the same standard high pressure pipeline, with reliable sealing and convenient disassembly and assembly, no hot work welding is needed for installation and maintenance.

It fully avoids safety risks such as explosion, medium leakage and stem rushing out under ultra-high pressure working conditions.
