Product Overview

This Stainless Steel Threaded Ball Valve is a general-purpose pipeline on-off control valve with 304/316 stainless steel as the core body and standard threaded connection. It drives the ball to rotate 90° through the handle to quickly complete pipeline opening and closing. Relying on the excellent corrosion resistance, rust resistance, sanitary and environmental protection performance of stainless steel, it has the characteristics of reliable sealing, convenient installation, compact structure and durability. It is the most widely used basic valve in small-bore threaded pipelines.

Available in full sizes DN6–DN100 (NPS 1/8″–4″), it strictly complies with general valve standards including GB/T 12237, API 608 and ISO 17292. Widely suitable for civil water supply and drainage, HVAC, food and beverage, fine chemical, water treatment, instrument automation and other scenarios.

1. Core All-Stainless Steel Body, Excellent Corrosion Resistance

   All wetted parts such as valve body, ball and stem are integrally precision formed from 304(CF8), 316(CF8M), 316L(CF3M) food-grade stainless steel, with dense material without sand holes and blowholes, excellent rust resistance, acid and alkali resistance, chloride ion corrosion resistance. No heavy metal precipitation, no harmful substance release, fully complying with drinking water sanitary standards, perfectly suitable for sanitary and corrosive medium working conditions, with a service life much longer than valves made of ordinary materials such as cast iron, brass and zinc alloy.

2. Standard Threaded Connection, Easy Installation & Space Saving

   All threads fully comply with global general industrial standards, fully covering the three mainstream systems: NPT American taper thread, BSPP/BSPT British thread, Rp/R metric thread, with internal thread/external thread optional. It can be directly and seamlessly connected with threaded pipelines and fittings of the same specification, no welding or flange matching required, and can be disassembled and assembled with a common wrench. The compact structure and small volume are perfectly suitable for installation in narrow spaces and dense pipelines.

3. Floating Ball Soft Seal Structure, Bidirectional Zero Leakage

   Adopting floating ball self-tightening sealing design, the higher the medium pressure, the tighter the seal. Equipped with standard PTFE/RPTFE/PPL wear-resistant valve seat, paired by high-precision mirror grinding with stainless steel ball, the sealing grade reaches ANSI B16.104 Class VI bidirectional zero leakage, with small opening and closing torque, smooth operation, suitable for frequent opening and closing scenarios.

4. Complete Safety Structure, Strong Adaptability for Full Scenarios

   Standard equipped with anti-static structure and bottom-mounted T-type blow-out proof stem to eliminate potential safety hazards such as electrostatic explosion and stem rushing out. The handle has 90° precise limit and lock hole, which can be equipped with a lock to prevent misoperation. It reserves ISO 5211 standard mounting pad, which can be directly matched with electric/pneumatic actuators to realize automatic control. 1-piece/2-piece/3-piece valve body options are available to meet different installation and maintenance requirements.
