本产品 4 Way Stainless Steel Ball Valve with Flanged End is a professional multi-way control valve for industrial pipeline systems. It adopts an all-stainless steel integrally formed valve body and dual-standard GB/ANSI flanged connection structure, and accurately realizes medium reversing, diverting, converging, mixing and on-off control through 90° rotation of the stainless steel ball. It covers the full range from small-bore precision control to large-bore high-flow transmission, and is the core component for automation control of multi-pipeline systems.

The full range of the valve is equipped with standard RF raised face flanges complying with GB/T 9113 and ANSI/ASME B16.5 global universal standards, available in GB standard DN15–DN300 (ANSI standard NPS 1/2″–12″) full size bore, and full pressure ratings of ANSI Class 150–Class 600 & GB PN16–PN100. It strictly complies with global mainstream industrial standards including GB, ANSI/ASME, API and ISO.

1. All-Stainless Steel Main Body Structure, Excellent Corrosion & Aging Resistance for Full Bore Range

All core flow-through components of the valve, including valve body, ball and stem, are integrally precision cast with high-quality stainless steel CF8 (304), CF8M (316), CF3M (316L). The large-bore valve body above DN200 adopts reinforced rib structure design to eliminate valve body deformation under high pressure working conditions of large bore, which is the core performance support for stable operation of the full range of the valve:

304 stainless steel: has excellent rust resistance and atmospheric corrosion resistance, no harmful substance precipitation, suitable for food and pharmaceutical, water treatment, HVAC and other conventional working conditions, sanitary and environmentally friendly, with stable performance in full bore specifications;

316/316L stainless steel: upgraded acid and alkali resistance, chloride ion corrosion resistance, and stronger intergranular corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh working conditions such as seawater, chemical corrosive media, high temperature and high humidity. The large-bore valve body has excellent stress cracking resistance, with a service life much longer than ordinary carbon steel valves;

All-stainless steel material has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, impact resistance and deformation resistance, no cracking, no rust, no medium retention during long-term operation, and completely eliminates secondary pollution of pipeline media, suitable for continuous operation of DN15-DN300 full bore range.

2. Precision Lapped Stainless Steel Ball, Full Bore Bidirectional Zero Leakage Sealing

Adopts high-precision mirror-lapped integrated stainless steel ball, the roundness tolerance of DN15-DN300 full specification balls is ≤0.005mm, matched with PTFE/PPL reinforced seal seat, to achieve bidirectional zero leakage sealing:

The stainless steel ball is wear-resistant, erosion-resistant and non-deformable. The large-bore ball adopts integral forging process to eliminate splicing deformation, maintains accuracy after long-term frequent opening and closing, and has stable sealing performance;

Tight shut-off without internal leakage and cross flow, accurate 90° rotation opening and closing, achieving zero leakage under rated pressure, suitable for accurate control of various media. The DN300 large-bore specification can meet reliable shut-off under high pressure and high flow working conditions;

Optional stainless steel metal hard seal structure, high temperature resistance, particle medium erosion resistance, suitable for more harsh working conditions.

3. Low Torque Operation, Wide Adaptability to Full Working Conditions

The stainless steel ball and seat adopt low friction coefficient seal design, the opening and closing torque of DN15-DN300 full specifications is optimized. The manual operation is light and labor-saving, the large-bore specification is matched with gear drive, no pressure for operation, and stronger adaptability to automatic actuators, no jamming or sticking. Applicable temperature range: -40℃ ~ 230℃ (soft seal); -40℃ ~ 450℃ (hard seal). It can adapt to normal temperature, medium temperature, corrosive, sanitary and other working conditions, with optional fire-safe and anti-static structure, meeting the safety requirements of high-risk working conditions such as petrochemical industry.

4. Compact Structure & Easy Maintenance for Full Bore Range

The overall stainless steel integrated structure design has no complex components, compact volume and small installation space requirement; wearing parts such as seal seat and packing are easy to replace, and online maintenance is available. The stainless steel main body is maintenance-free and anti-aging, which greatly reduces the on-site life cycle operation and maintenance cost. Even the DN300 large-bore specification can realize convenient on-site maintenance.
