Cryogenic ball valve

This cryogenic ball valve is specially designed for ultra-low temperature working conditions, adopting a long neck bonnet structure and forged stainless steel material to ensure stable performance at temperatures as low as -196℃. It features a reliable trunnion-mounted or floating ball structure with zero leakage sealing, mainly used for on-off control of cryogenic media including LNG, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquefied natural gas and other low-temperature fluids. With anti-static and fire-safe design, it has strong low-temperature toughness, small flow resistance and flexible operation. Suitable for low-temperature storage, transportation systems and projects in petrochemical, air separation and natural gas industries, it is strictly tested for low-temperature sealing and pressure resistance, providing safe, stable and long-lasting fluid control for ultra-low temperature pipeline systems.

Low temperature 3 way ball valve
Low temperature 3 way ball valve
The Low Temperature 3-Way Ball Valve is a high-performance valve designed to operate efficiently in extremely low-temperature environments, typically ranging from -196°C to -40°C. These valves are crucial for applications in industries such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), cryogenics, refrigeration, and oil & gas that require precise control of flow direction or mixing in very cold temperatures. The valve features a 3-way ball design that offers versatile flow diversion or mixing capabilities between three different ports, ensuring smooth and reliable operation in challenging low-temperature conditions.
High pressure cryogenic ball valve
High pressure cryogenic ball valve
This High Pressure Cryogenic Ball Valve is tailor-made for Class150~Class2500 (PN20~PN420) high pressure and -46℃~-196℃ cryogenic working conditions. Its core adopts a cryogenic special integral forged steel trunnion mounted valve body, and the full series is equipped with GB/ANSI high pressure flanged connection as standard. It realizes on-off control of high pressure cryogenic medium through 90° rotation of the ball.
Low temperature ball valve
Low temperature ball valve
The Low Temperature Ball Valve is specifically designed for use in applications involving extremely low-temperature environments, such as cryogenic systems. These valves are built to provide reliable shut-off, control, and isolation for fluid flow at temperatures down to -196°C (the temperature of liquid nitrogen). Made from specialized materials, they are engineered to withstand the physical stresses and performance demands posed by cryogenic and low-temperature applications. Low Temperature Ball Valves are often employed in industries like liquefied natural gas (LNG) transport and storage, cryogenic research, and industrial gas applications. Their ability to maintain functionality at sub-zero temperatures makes them crucial for...
