Product Overview

This Male Threaded Ball Valve is a general-purpose pipeline on-off control valve with double-end male thread as the core connection method, mainly made of 304/316 stainless steel or brass. The thread fully complies with global general industrial standards, and drives the ball to rotate 90° through the handle to quickly complete pipeline opening and closing. It features convenient installation, reliable sealing and compact structure, especially suitable for internal thread pipeline docking scenarios such as instrument matching, built-in equipment and narrow spaces. It is a widely used basic control valve in small-bore pipelines.

Available in full sizes DN6–DN80 (1/8″–3″), it strictly complies with general valve standards including GB/T 12237, API 608 and ISO 7-1. Widely used in instrument automation, hydraulic and pneumatic, water treatment, fine chemical, food and beverage, mechanical equipment supporting and other fields.

1. Core Male Thread Connection, Strong Standard Adaptability & Easy Installation

   The product fully focuses on the core design of male thread. The valve body has an integrated male thread structure at both ends, and the thread specifications 100% comply with global general standards, fully covering the three mainstream systems: NPT American taper male thread, BSPP/BSPT British male thread, Rp/R metric male thread. It can be directly and seamlessly docked with various internal thread pipelines, fittings, valves, instruments and equipment interfaces without additional unions/adapters, and installation and disassembly can be completed in one step, greatly reducing construction costs.

   The thread is formed by precision rolling, with regular tooth shape and tight engagement. It can realize self-locking reliable sealing with sealing materials, anti-vibration and anti-loosening, no leakage during long-term operation under high pressure working conditions, perfectly suitable for installation in narrow spaces and dense pipelines.

   All core wetted parts provide full coverage of mainstream materials: 304/316/316L food-grade stainless steel, with rust and acid and alkali resistance, no heavy metal precipitation, complying with drinking water sanitary standards, suitable for sanitary and corrosive medium working conditions; HPb59-1 brass/lead-free environmental protection brass, with frost resistance and deformation resistance, suitable for civil water supply and drainage, HVAC, gas and other scenarios, with outstanding cost performance.

3. Floating Ball Soft Seal Structure, Bidirectional Zero Leakage

   Adopting floating ball self-tightening sealing design, the higher the medium pressure, the tighter the seal. Equipped with standard PTFE/RPTFE/PPL wear-resistant valve seat, paired by high-precision mirror grinding, the sealing grade reaches ANSI B16.104 Class VI bidirectional zero leakage, with small opening and closing torque, smooth operation, suitable for frequent opening and closing scenarios.

4. Flexible & Safe Structure, Strong Adaptability for Full Scenarios

   1-piece/2-piece valve body options are available to meet different installation and maintenance requirements. Standard equipped with bottom-mounted T-type blow-out proof stem and anti-static structure to eliminate potential safety hazards. The handle has 90° precise limit and lock hole, which can be equipped with a lock to prevent misoperation. It reserves ISO 5211 standard mounting pad, which can be directly matched with electric/pneumatic actuators to realize automatic control.
