Product Overview

This 3 Way Electric Flanged Ball Valve is an industrial-grade automatic multi-way fluid control valve with electric intelligent drive as the core, L/T port 3 way flow channel as the main function, and GB/ANSI standard flanged connection. Driven by the electric actuator, the ball rotates 90° to accurately realize medium reversing, diverting, converging and cross switching in pipelines. It can be seamlessly connected to PLC/DCS industrial automatic control systems, with precise control, fast response, reliable sealing and strong pressure resistance. It is a special core equipment for automatic management and control of medium and large diameter industrial multi-way pipelines.

Available in full sizes DN15–DN300 (NPS 1/2″–12″), it strictly complies with global general industrial valve standards including GB/T 12237, ANSI B16.34, API 6D and ISO 17292. 2. L/T Port 3 Way Flow Channel, Multi-Function for Full Scenarios

   The core adopts an integrated L/T port flow channel ball, with mirror polished inner wall, low flow resistance and no medium retention dead angle, which accurately matches the needs of different industrial working conditions: L Port Flow Channel realizes accurate two-way medium reversing and single-line on-off switching, replacing the combined function of 2 two-way valves; T Port Flow Channel realizes synchronous control of medium diverting, converging and three-way mixing, replacing the combined function of 3-4 two-way valves, greatly simplifying the industrial pipeline layout and reducing engineering construction and operation and maintenance costs.

   

3. Full Series Standard Flanged Connection, Reliable Sealing & Easy Installation

   The product fully focuses on the core requirement of flanged connection, the full series only adopts flanged connection design without other connection forms, and the flanged ends are 100% in line with global industrial general standards:

   1. Flange dimensions, sealing surface and bolt hole spacing strictly comply with GB/T 9113 and ANSI B16.5 industrial flange standards, with standard RF raised face sealing surface, optional RTJ ring joint face sealing for high pressure working conditions. It can be directly seamlessly connected with domestic and foreign flanged pipelines of the same standard without modification and adaptation;

   2. Flange butt seal matched with special metal spiral wound gasket / flexible graphite gasket, the sealing performance is far better than threaded connection. 4. Structure Optimized for Working Conditions, Bidirectional Zero Leakage & Stable Operation

   Accurate structure matching according to diameter and pressure: Floating ball structure is standard for DN15-DN50, which realizes self-tightening sealing by medium pressure, the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal; trunnion mounted ball double seat structure is standard for full size range DN65-DN300, which greatly reduces the opening and closing torque under high pressure working conditions, and can still achieve stable opening and closing without jamming even under large diameter and high pressure working conditions. Standard equipped with PTFE/PPL wear-resistant soft seal valve seat, paired by high-precision grinding with the ball, the sealing grade reaches ANSI B16.104 Class VI bidirectional zero leakage. Optional metal hard seal type, high temperature and erosion resistance, suitable for harsh industrial scenarios such as steam and particle-laden media.
