This Stainless Steel Floating Ball Valve with Flanged End is a general-purpose on-off control valve specially designed for industrial flanged pipeline systems. Its core adopts a floating ball structure and dual-standard GB/ANSI flanged connection design. All core wetted parts including valve body, ball and stem are integrally precision cast from high-quality 304/316/316L stainless steel. The valve relies on the medium working pressure to push the ball tightly against the downstream valve seat, realizing self-tightening bidirectional reliable sealing. Only 90° rotation is needed to quickly complete the full open/full close control of the pipeline.
The full series is equipped with standard flanged ends complying with global universal standards, available in full sizes DN15–DN200 (NPS 1/2″–8″) and full pressure ratings PN16–PN100 (Class150–Class600). It strictly complies with global mainstream industrial standards including GB/T 12237, ANSI/ASME B16.34, API 608 and ISO 17292. 1. Standard Flanged Connection Structure, Easy Installation & Reliable Sealing
Flange dimensions, sealing surface and bolt hole spacing strictly comply with GB/T 9113 and ANSI/ASME B16.5 global universal standards, with standard RF raised face sealing surface. It can be directly seamlessly connected with domestic and foreign flanged pipelines of the same standard without modification and adaptation, with extremely high on-site installation, disassembly and maintenance efficiency;
Flange butt seal matched with special stainless steel spiral wound gasket / PTFE gasket, the sealing performance is far better than threaded and welded connections. It remains no external leakage and no looseness even under high pressure, alternating load, cold and heat cycle working conditions, with safe and stable long-term operation;

Bidirectional flow channel design, reliable sealing can be achieved regardless of forward or reverse medium flow, with a sealing grade up to ANSI B16.104 Class VI zero leakage standard, completely solving the problem of medium backflow leakage of one-way sealed valves;
The ball adopts high-precision mirror lapping with roundness tolerance ≤0.005mm, and the fitting degree with the valve seat is ≥98%, with low opening and closing torque, no jamming, and suitable for frequent opening and closing working conditions.
3. All-Stainless Steel Main Body, Corrosion Resistance & No Secondary Pollution
304 Stainless Steel: Excellent rust and atmospheric corrosion resistance, no heavy metal precipitation, easy to clean and disinfect, perfectly suitable for sanitary working conditions such as drinking water, food and pharmaceutical, municipal water supply and drainage;
316/316L Stainless Steel: Upgraded acid and alkali resistance, chloride ion corrosion resistance, and stronger intergranular corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh corrosive working conditions such as seawater, chemical acid and alkali media, high temperature and high humidity, with a service life much longer than carbon steel valves;
All-stainless steel material has high temperature resistance, impact resistance and deformation resistance, no rust, no medium retention, no dead angle material accumulation during long-term operation, completely eliminating secondary pollution of pipeline media.
4. Soft Seal & Metal Hard Seal Options, Full Working Condition Adaptation
Soft Seal Type: Standard PTFE/RPTFE/PPL/PEEK wear-resistant polymer valve seat, with low opening and closing torque, easy operation, excellent zero leakage performance, suitable for normal temperature clean media, corrosive media, flammable and explosive media working conditions;
Metal Hard Seal Type: The sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat are overlaid with Stellite hard alloy on stainless steel matrix, after high-precision grinding and matching, with high temperature resistance, wear resistance, particle medium erosion resistance, the maximum applicable temperature can reach 450℃, suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature steam, particle-laden media, and heavy erosion scenarios.

Anti-Static Structure: Built-in anti-static conduction part, which can quickly export the static electricity between the ball and the valve body, eliminate the safety risk caused by static sparks, perfectly suitable for flammable and explosive media working conditions such as gas and organic solvents;
Blow-Out Proof Stem Structure: Adopts bottom-mounted T-type stem design, even under abnormal overpressure working conditions, there will be no safety accident of stem rushing out, ensuring the safe operation of the pipeline;
