This Pneumatic 135 Degree Y-type Three-way Ball Valve (Model Q642F/H) is an industrial-grade special fluid control valve with pneumatic intelligent actuation as the core and 135° Y-type streamlined flow channel as the main function, tailor-made for powder, particle, high viscosity and easy-to-block working conditions. The valve body adopts a Y-type layout with three channels forming 135° to each other. Driven by the pneumatic actuator, the ball rotates 135° accurately to quickly realize the diverting, converging and flow direction switching control of the pipeline medium, which can be seamlessly connected to the PLC/DCS industrial automatic control system.
With flat flow channel without dead angle, low fluid resistance and strong flow capacity, it completely solves the industry pain points of easy blockage, jamming and medium retention of conventional right-angle three-way ball valves. The product fully focuses on the core structural design of 135° Y-type. The three flow channels are arranged in a 135° symmetrical Y-type layout, with full port/reduced port optional design. The inner wall of the flow channel is mirror polished with rounded smooth transition, streamlined without throttling and retention dead angle. The fluid resistance is much lower than that of conventional 90° right-angle three-way ball valves, and the medium flows smoothly without scaling and blockage. It is perfectly suitable for easy-to-block working conditions such as PVC powder, flake materials, particle media, slurry, pulp and high viscosity fluids.
Adopting three-side valve seat four-seal structure, it can stably realize two core working conditions: one inlet and two outlets diverting, two inlets and one outlet converging. The 135° rotation of the ball can complete smooth pipeline switching, with reliable sealing without cross flow and internal leakage, and no secondary pollution of the medium.

Metal hard seal type (standard): The sealing surface of the ball and valve seat adopts plasma spray welding Stellite hard alloy and supersonic spraying tungsten-cobalt alloy, with surface hardness up to HRC45-70, resistant to erosion, wear and high temperature, suitable for high temperature working conditions ≤450℃; built-in spring self-tightening valve seat, which can automatically compensate for thermal expansion and contraction. When opening and closing, the valve seat forms a self-cleaning scraping effect on the ball surface, avoiding the sealing surface being scratched by particle media and preventing sealing failure;
Soft seal type: Standard equipped with PTFE/PPL/PEEK wear-resistant valve seat, paired by high-precision grinding, the sealing grade reaches ANSI B16.104 Class VI bidirectional zero leakage, suitable for clean medium and normal temperature working conditions.

Integral Trunnion Mounted Structure, Stable Opening and Closing Without Jamming
The ball and stem adopt an integral forging design with no backlash transmission, stable and accurate reversing without intermittent loss. The full range is equipped with trunnion mounted double support structure as standard. The ball is equipped with high-precision support shafts on the upper and lower sides. Under high pressure and high solid content working conditions, the ball has no radial offset and no extrusion deformation.
The sealing surface is evenly worn, and the opening and closing torque is constant and stable.
