This 3 Way T Port Ball Valve is a multi-way fluid control valve with T-type orthogonal flow channel as the core functional body, model code Q45F. Core T Port Flow Channel Design, Multi-Function for Full Working Conditions
The product fully focuses on the core design of T port. The ball flow channel adopts an orthogonal T-type structure, the inner wall of the flow channel is mirror polished with rounded smooth transition, low flow resistance and no medium retention dead angle. Full-scenario fluid control can be realized through ball rotation:
- Splitting Mode: One inlet and two outlets, evenly distribute the single medium to two branches, suitable for multi-way water supply and raw material distribution scenarios;
- Converging Mode: Two inlets and one outlet, merge two different media into the same pipeline for mixed output, suitable for cold and hot water mixing and material mixing scenarios;
- Three-Way Full Flow Mode: Three pipelines are connected at the same time to realize medium circulation, pressure balance and multi-channel synchronous transmission;
- Reversing Switching Mode: Any two channels can be connected and the third channel can be cut off, taking into account the basic flow direction switching function.
Standard equipped with four-seat sealing structure with balanced force, which maintains stable sealing even under high pressure working conditions and eliminates cross flow and internal leakage problems.

Accurate structure matching according to diameter and pressure: Floating ball structure is standard for DN15-DN50, which realizes self-tightening sealing by medium pressure, the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal; trunnion mounted ball double seat structure is standard for DN65-DN300, which greatly reduces the opening and closing torque under high pressure working conditions, and still opens and closes smoothly without jamming under large diameter conditions.
Two sealing options are provided: soft seal type is standard equipped with PTFE/PPL wear-resistant valve seat, paired by high-precision grinding, the sealing grade reaches ANSI B16.104 Class VI bidirectional zero leakage; metal hard seal type is overlaid with Stellite hard alloy, high temperature and erosion resistance, suitable for harsh scenarios such as steam and particle-laden media.
- Standard Industrial Connection, Easy Installation & Wide Adaptability
GB/ANSI standard flanged connection is the core standard configuration. Flange dimensions, sealing surface and bolt hole spacing strictly comply with GB/T 9113 and ASME B16.5 industrial flange standards, with standard RF raised face sealing surface, optional RTJ ring joint face sealing for high pressure working conditions. It can be directly and seamlessly connected with industrial pipelines of the same standard, with stable sealing performance and convenient disassembly and maintenance. Small diameter DN15-DN50 can choose NPT/BSP/Rp standard internal thread connection, suitable for equipment built-in and narrow space installation scenarios.
