1. 2-Piece Split Structure, Easy Maintenance

   The valve body adopts a two-body design of main valve body + bonnet. Valve internals can be replaced and seals can be inspected online without disassembling the pipelines at both ends, which is more convenient for maintenance than 1-piece valves, and has a more streamlined structure and higher cost performance than 3-piece valves.

2. Standard Internal Thread Connection, Space-Saving Installation

   The full series adapts to the three mainstream thread standards of G/BSPT, NPT and Rp, which can be directly and seamlessly connected with pipelines of the same specification. No welding or flange matching is required, and disassembly and assembly can be completed with a common wrench. The compact volume is suitable for narrow installation scenarios.

3. All-Stainless Steel Body, Wide Corrosion Resistance

   All wetted parts are integrally formed from food-grade 304/316 stainless steel, with rust and acid and alkali resistance, no heavy metal precipitation, complying with drinking water sanitary standards. Its service life is much longer than valves of ordinary materials, and it is suitable for sanitary and corrosive medium working conditions.

4. Floating Ball Soft Seal, Bidirectional Zero Leakage

   Adopting floating ball self-tightening sealing structure, the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal. Equipped with standard PTFE wear-resistant valve seat, paired by high-precision grinding, reaching Class VI bidirectional zero leakage standard, with small opening and closing torque, smooth operation, suitable for frequent opening and closing scenarios.

5. Complete Safety Structure, Strong Adaptability

   Standard equipped with anti-static and blow-out proof stem double safety design to eliminate potential safety hazards. The handle has 90° limit and lock hole to prevent misoperation, and reserves ISO standard mounting pad, which can be directly matched with electric/pneumatic actuators to realize automation transformation.
