Product Overview
The Ball Check Valve is an automatic non‑return valve that uses a ball as its disc. When the medium flows forward, the ball is pushed away from the seat; when backflow occurs or flow stops, the ball rolls back onto the seat under its own weight and backpressure, achieving sealing. Compared with traditional swing or lift check valves, the ball check valve offers a smooth flow path, excellent sealing performance, strong wear resistance, and low clogging tendency. It is particularly suitable for media containing particles, viscous fluids, or high‑velocity flow. Widely used in sewage, slurry, oil, chemical, and food industries, it is an ideal anti‑backflow device for dirty or challenging media.
Product Structure
The Ball Check Valve mainly consists of the following parts:

Body: Cast or forged construction, available in cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, plastic (PVC/PP), etc. Features an internal cavity for ball movement.

- Installation Position: Horizontal pipeline (preferred); vertical installation (flow upward) is possible but proper ball seating must be ensured.
