Product Overview
This 3 Way Threaded Ball Valve is a general-purpose multi-way fluid control valve with threaded connection as the core and L/T port 3 way flow channel as the main function. It drives the ball to rotate 90° through the handle to accurately realize medium reversing, diverting, converging and cross switching in pipelines.
Adopting global universal standard internal thread interface, it has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient installation, reliable sealing and strong adaptability. It is the most widely used basic control valve in small-bore multi-way pipeline systems.
Available in full sizes DN6–DN100 (NPS 1/8″–4″), it strictly complies with global general valve standards including GB/T 12237, API 608 and ISO 7-1. Widely used in HVAC, water treatment, fine chemical, food and beverage, civil water supply and drainage, gas transmission, automation equipment supporting and other fields.

Core Standard Threaded Connection, Easy Installation & Space Saving
The product fully focuses on the core design of threaded connection, the whole series adopts internal thread connection structure. The thread specifications are 100% in line with global general industrial standards, adapting to the three mainstream thread systems: G/BSPT (British pipe thread), NPT (American taper pipe thread), Rp (GB cylindrical pipe thread), which can be directly seamlessly connected with threaded pipelines and fittings of the same specification.
No hot work welding, no flange matching is required, installation and disassembly can be completed with a common wrench, convenient and efficient operation. The valve body has a compact structure and small volume, which is perfectly suitable for small-bore pipelines with limited space and equipment built-in pipeline installation scenarios, greatly reducing on-site construction and operation and maintenance costs.
2-piece / 3-piece valve body options are available: 2-piece structure is streamlined and universal with high cost performance; 3-piece structure can replace valve internals and maintain the seal online without disassembling the pipelines at both ends, greatly reducing the difficulty of operation and maintenance.

L/T Port 3 Way Flow Channel, Multi-Function for Full Scenarios
The core adopts an integrated L/T port flow channel ball, the inner wall of the flow channel is mirror polished, with low flow resistance and no medium retention dead angle, which accurately matches the needs of different working conditions:
- L Port Flow Channel: Realizes accurate two-way medium reversing and single-line on-off switching, suitable for opening, closing and cross reversing control of 2 independent pipelines, replacing the combined function of 2 two-way valves, often used in cold and hot water switching and water circuit reversing scenarios;
- T Port Flow Channel: Realizes synchronous control of medium diverting, converging and three-way mixing, suitable for uniform distribution and convergence of multi-pipeline media, replacing the combined function of 3-4 two-way valves, greatly simplifying the pipeline layout, often used in multi-way water supply and medium mixing scenarios.

Floating Ball Soft Seal Structure, Bidirectional Zero Leakage & Light Operation
Adopting the core floating ball structure, the medium pressure pushes the ball tightly against the downstream valve seat to realize the self-tightening sealing effect of the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal. Standard equipped with PTFE/RPTFE/PPL wear-resistant soft seal seat, which is paired with the ball by high-precision grinding, the sealing grade reaches ANSI B16.104 Class VI bidirectional zero leakage, no wear during long-term opening and closing. The opening and closing torque is extremely small, the operation is light and smooth without jamming, suitable for frequent opening and closing working conditions.

Multiple Safety Structures, Strong Adaptability, Stable & Durable
The full series is equipped with anti-static structure and bottom-mounted T-type blow-out proof stem as standard, eliminating safety risks such as static sparks and stem rushing out, suitable for flammable and explosive medium working conditions such as gas and organic solvents. The stem adopts double sealing structure with no external leakage during long-term operation. The handle is designed with 90° precise limit, and can be equipped with a lock to prevent misoperation. Standard equipped with ISO 5211 standard high mounting pad, which can be directly matched with electric/pneumatic actuators to easily realize pipeline automation transformation with strong adaptability.
