This 3-Piece Threaded Ball Valve is a general-purpose pipeline on-off control valve with three-section split valve body as the core structure and standard threaded connection. The valve body adopts a three-section split design of left body + middle body + right body, which drives the ball to rotate 90° through the handle to quickly complete pipeline opening and closing. Its core advantage is online maintenance without disassembling the pipelines at both ends, with reliable sealing, convenient disassembly and assembly, and strong adaptability. It is the preferred valve for industrial and civil pipeline scenarios with high requirements for maintenance convenience.

Core 3-Piece Split Structure, Online Maintenance Without Shutdown
The product fully focuses on the core design of 3-piece type. The valve body adopts a three-section split forging structure of left body + middle body + right body. Compared with 1-piece/2-piece ball valves, only need to remove the connecting bolts in the middle of the valve body, the complete valve internals including ball, valve seat and stem can be taken out. No need to disassemble the pipelines, fittings and equipment at both ends of the valve to complete seal maintenance, wearing parts replacement and fault inspection, which does not affect other parts of the pipeline system at all, greatly reducing maintenance difficulty and shutdown loss. It is especially suitable for scenarios that are not convenient for shutdown and disassembly, such as industrial pipelines with continuous production and built-in pipelines of equipment.

Standard Threaded Connection, Easy Installation & Wide Adaptability
All threads fully comply with global general industrial standards, fully covering the three mainstream systems: NPT American taper thread, BSPP/BSPT British thread, Rp/R metric thread. Internal thread is standard, and external thread customization is optional. It can be directly and seamlessly connected with threaded pipelines, fittings and equipment interfaces of the same specification, no welding or flange matching required, and can be disassembled and assembled with a common wrench. The compact structure and small volume are perfectly suitable for installation in narrow spaces and dense pipelines.

Floating Ball Soft Seal Structure, Bidirectional Zero Leakage
