This Top Entry Floating Ball Valve adopts an one-piece body with top-mounted structure, featuring inline maintenance without pipeline disassembly. Equipped with floating ball self-energized seal, it has light operation and reliable sealing. Complying with international valve standards like GB/T 12237 and ASME B16.34, it is suitable for high-pressure, large-bore and long-running working conditions, widely used in petrochemical, oil and gas, power, heating and other key pipelines.

1. Top Entry Structure for Easy Inline Maintenance
One-piece valve body, internal parts are assembled and disassembled from the top. There is no need to remove the pipelines at both ends for maintenance, and vulnerable parts can be replaced by loosening the top bonnet directly, which greatly shortens downtime and reduces maintenance costs. It is suitable for high-altitude, underground, large-bore and other scenarios where pipeline disassembly is inconvenient.

2. Floating Ball Seal for Bidirectional Zero Leakage
Self-energized sealing by medium pressure, the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal. The seat and ball are precisely ground, the soft seal version meets ANSI Class VI zero leakage, with low operation torque and smooth running.
3. Rigid One-piece Body, Pressure and Deformation Resistant
Integral casting or forging body with sufficient rigidity, not easy to deform or crack under high pressure and alternating temperature. Full bore polished channel has low flow resistance and no medium retention.
