This Pneumatic Wafer Butterfly Valve (Standard Model: D671X Soft Seal, D673H Hard Seal) is a general-purpose industrial pipeline control valve with pneumatic automatic actuation as the core and ultra-thin wafer type valve body as the structural basis. Driven by the pneumatic actuator, the disc rotates 90° to quickly realize pipeline on-off and flow proportional regulation. It can be seamlessly connected to PLC/DCS industrial automatic control systems, featuring fast opening and closing, precise control, compact structure and minimal installation space occupation. It is a cost-effective preferred product for automatic control of low and medium pressure pipelines.
Available in full sizes DN25–DN1200 (NPS 1″–48″), it strictly complies with domestic and international general industrial valve standards including GB/T 12238, API 609, MSS SP-67 and ISO 5211. - The valve body adopts an integrated ultra-thin precision casting structure, with extremely short overall length and light weight, only 1/2 of the same diameter flanged butterfly valve, which greatly reduces the axial installation space, and is perfectly suitable for scenarios where conventional flanged valves cannot be installed, such as narrow spaces, dense pipelines, and built-in equipment;
- The two ends of the valve body are equipped with flange positioning spigots, which can be accurately clamped between two standard flanges.
