This Pneumatic 3 Way Ball Valve is an industrial-grade automatic multi-way fluid control valve with pneumatic intelligent actuation as the core, L/T port 3 way flow channel as the main function, and GB/ANSI standard flanged connection. Driven by the pneumatic actuator, the ball rotates 90° to quickly and accurately realize medium reversing, diverting, converging and mixing in pipelines. It can be seamlessly connected to DCS/PLC industrial automatic control systems, with fast response, stable opening and closing, precise control, safety and explosion-proof performance. It is a special core equipment for automatic management and control of industrial multi-way pipelines.
Available in full sizes DN15–DN300 (NPS 1/2″–12″), it strictly complies with global general industrial valve standards including GB/T 12237, ASME B16.34 and API 6D. Widely used in HVAC, water treatment, petrochemical, power, food and pharmaceutical, heat exchanger units and other industrial automation scenarios.

L/T Port Dual Flow Channel Options, Multi-Function for Full Scenarios
The core adopts an integrated L/T port flow channel ball, the inner wall of the flow channel is mirror polished with low flow resistance and no medium retention dead angle, which accurately matches the needs of different industrial working conditions:
- L Port Flow Channel: Realizes two-way medium reversing and cross switching control, replacing the combined function of 2 two-way valves, suitable for pipeline flow direction switching and medium cut-off scenarios;
- T Port Flow Channel: Realizes one inlet two outlets splitting, two inlets one outlet converging, three-way full flow mixing, replacing the combined function of 3-4 two-way valves, suitable for multi-channel medium distribution, mixing and synchronous transmission scenarios;
Standard equipped with four-seat sealing structure with balanced force, which can realize reliable sealing in both forward and reverse directions, eliminating cross flow and internal leakage problems.

Structure Optimized for Working Conditions, Bidirectional Zero Leakage & Stable Operation
Accurate structure matching according to diameter and pressure: Floating ball structure is standard for DN15-DN50, which realizes self-tightening sealing by medium pressure, the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal; trunnion mounted ball double support structure is standard for DN65-DN300, which greatly reduces the opening and closing torque under high pressure working conditions, and still opens and closes smoothly without jamming under large diameter conditions.
Two sealing options are provided: soft seal type is standard equipped with PTFE/PPL wear-resistant valve seat, paired by high-precision grinding, the sealing grade reaches ANSI B16.104 Class VI bidirectional zero leakage; metal hard seal type is overlaid with Stellite hard alloy, high temperature and erosion resistance, suitable for harsh scenarios such as steam and particle-laden media.

Standard Industrial Flanged Connection, Reliable Sealing & Easy Installation
The full series takes GB/ANSI standard flanged connection as the core standard configuration. Flange dimensions, sealing surface and bolt hole spacing are 100% in line with GB/T 9113 and ASME B16.5 industrial flange standards, with standard RF raised face sealing surface, optional RTJ ring joint face sealing for high pressure working conditions. It can be directly and seamlessly connected with domestic and foreign industrial pipelines of the same standard without modification and adaptation. The flange butt seal matched with special metal spiral wound gasket remains no external leakage and no looseness even under high pressure alternating load and cold and heat cycle conditions, with safe and stable long-term operation and convenient disassembly and maintenance.
