Product Overview
This Internal Thread Ball Valve is a general-purpose on-off control valve for pipelines, with internal thread connection as the core design. It adopts GB/BS/ANSI global universal internal thread interface, and drives the ball to rotate 90° through the handle to quickly complete the full open/full close control of the pipeline medium. With compact structure, light operation, reliable sealing and convenient disassembly and maintenance, it is the most widely used basic valve product in small-bore pipelines.
Available in full sizes DN6–DN100 (NPS 1/8″–4″), it strictly complies with global general valve standards including GB/T 12237, API 608 and ISO 7-1. Widely used in civil water supply and drainage, HVAC, fine chemical, food and beverage, water treatment, instrument supporting, gas transmission and other fields.

The product fully focuses on the core design of internal thread, the whole series only adopts internal thread connection structure. The thread specifications are 100% in line with global general industrial standards, adapting to the three mainstream thread systems: G/BSPT (British pipe thread), NPT (American taper pipe thread), Rp (GB cylindrical pipe thread), which can be directly seamlessly connected with threaded pipelines of the same specification.
No hot work welding, no flange matching, no special tools are required, and the installation and disassembly are convenient and efficient. The valve body has a compact structure and small volume, which is perfectly suitable for small-bore pipeline installation scenarios with limited space, greatly reducing on-site construction and maintenance costs.
2-piece / 3-piece valve body options are available: 2-piece structure is streamlined and universal with high cost performance; 3-piece structure can replace valve internals and maintain the seal online without disassembling the pipelines at both ends, greatly reducing the difficulty of operation and maintenance.

- Stainless Steel Series: 304(CF8), 316(CF8M), 316L(CF3M) food-grade stainless steel, with excellent rust resistance, acid and alkali resistance, chloride ion corrosion resistance, no harmful substance precipitation, perfectly suitable for sanitary and corrosive medium working conditions;
- Conventional Series: WCB carbon steel, brass, suitable for conventional medium working conditions such as water, oil and gas, with outstanding cost performance.

Floating Ball Soft Seal Structure, Bidirectional Zero Leakage
Adopting the core floating ball structure, the medium pressure pushes the ball tightly against the downstream valve seat to realize the self-tightening sealing effect of the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal. Standard equipped with PTFE/RPTFE/PPL wear-resistant soft seal seat, the sealing grade reaches ANSI B16.104 Class VI bidirectional zero leakage, with low opening and closing torque, light operation and no jamming, suitable for frequent opening and closing working conditions.

Multiple Safety Structures, Stable & Durable for Full Scenarios
The whole series is equipped with anti-static structure and bottom-mounted T-type blow-out proof stem as standard, eliminating safety risks such as static sparks and stem rushing out, suitable for flammable and explosive medium working conditions such as gas and organic solvents. The stem adopts low emission packing seal with no external leakage during long-term operation. Standard equipped with ISO 5211 standard high mounting pad, which can be directly matched with electric/pneumatic actuators to easily realize pipeline automation transformation with strong adaptability.
