Product Overview
This Hard Seal 3 Way Ball Valve is an industrial-grade multi-way fluid control valve for harsh working conditions, with metal-to-metal hard seal as the core and T/L port 3 way flow channel as the main function. Different from ordinary soft seal ball valves, it adopts a metal hard seal pair as the core, which can perfectly adapt to high temperature, high pressure, particle erosion, strong wear and other working conditions that soft seals cannot competent. Through 90° rotation of the ball, it accurately realizes medium reversing, diverting, converging and mixing in pipelines. One valve can replace the combination of multiple two-way valves, greatly simplifying the layout of industrial pipelines.
Available in full sizes DN15–DN400 (NPS 1/2″–16″), it strictly complies with global industrial valve standards including GB/T 12237, ASME B16.34, API 6D and API 607. The full series is equipped with GB/ANSI standard flanged connection as standard. Widely used in harsh industrial scenarios such as petrochemical, power plants, coal chemical industry, metallurgy, high temperature steam systems, and particle-laden medium transportation.

Core Metal Hard Seal System, High Temperature & Erosion Resistance, Zero Leakage
The product fully focuses on the core design of hard seal, adopts ball and valve seat double metal hard seal pair, optimized for harsh working conditions:
- The sealing surface adopts plasma spray welding/overlay welding of Stellite hard alloy, tungsten carbide, with surface hardness up to HRC40-65, wear resistance, erosion resistance, anti-seizure, high temperature aging resistance. The service life is 5-10 times that of ordinary soft seal ball valves, perfectly suitable for strong wear and corrosion conditions such as media containing solid particles, dust, slurry, high temperature steam, heat transfer oil;
- The ball and valve seat are paired by high-precision grinding, the fitting degree of the sealing surface is ≥98%, the sealing grade reaches ANSI B16.104 Class V-VI bidirectional zero leakage, eliminating internal leakage and cross flow problems;
- Adopting elastic metal valve seat self-tightening sealing design, the higher the medium pressure, the tighter the seal, suitable for high pressure working conditions. At the same time, it can automatically compensate for thermal expansion and contraction under high temperature working conditions, avoiding high temperature jamming and sealing failure.

T/L Port Dual Flow Channel Options, Multi-Function for Full Working Conditions
The core provides integrated T-type/L-type flow channel ball options, the inner wall of the flow channel is mirror polished with rounded smooth transition, low flow resistance and no medium retention dead angle, perfectly matching the needs of different industrial working conditions:
- T Port Flow Channel: Realizes one inlet two outlets splitting, two inlets one outlet converging, three-way full flow mixing, suitable for multi-channel medium distribution, mixing and synchronous transmission scenarios;
- L Port Flow Channel: Realizes two-way medium reversing and cross switching, suitable for pipeline flow direction switching and medium cut-off scenarios;Standard equipped with four-seat hard seal structure with balanced force, which can realize reliable sealing in both forward and reverse directions, and maintain stable sealing performance even under high pressure and high temperature alternating working conditions.

Full Bore Trunnion Mounted Structure, Stable Operation Under High Pressure & High Temperature
The full range from DN15 to DN400 uniformly adopts trunnion mounted double support structure, the ball is equipped with high-precision fixed support shafts on the upper and lower sides, no radial offset and no extrusion deformation of the ball under high pressure and high temperature working conditions, ensuring constant and stable opening and closing torque. It completely solves the industry pain points of sudden torque increase and uneven wear of the sealing surface of the floating ball structure under high pressure, and can still achieve smooth opening and closing without jamming even under DN400 large diameter and Class900 high pressure working conditions.

Standard Industrial Flanged Connection, Reliable Pressure Resistance & Easy Installation
The full series only adopts GB/ANSI standard flanged connection design. The flange dimensions, sealing surface and bolt hole spacing are 100% in line with GB/T 9113 and ASME B16.5 industrial flange standards, with standard RF raised face sealing surface, RTJ ring joint face sealing as standard for high pressure working conditions. It can be directly and seamlessly connected with domestic and foreign industrial pipelines of the same standard without modification and adaptation. The flange butt seal matched with metal spiral wound gasket / flexible graphite gasket remains no external leakage and no looseness even under high pressure alternating load and cold and heat cycle conditions, with safe and stable long-term operation and convenient disassembly and maintenance.
