Full lug type butterfly valve
This Full Lug Type Hard Seal Butterfly Valve is an upgraded version of standard wafer and semi-lug butterfly valves. It features an integrated full lug body with 1:1 flange hole matching, each hole with both through hole and internal thread design, enabling single-side pipeline maintenance without full line shutdown, as well as single-end blind line pressure bearing and dead-end service installation.

- Full Lug Body, Easy Maintenance & Full Working Condition Pressure Bearing
Integral circumferential lugs support both through-bolt conventional installation and split-bolt single-side fixing. Single-side maintenance requires no full line emptying or valve removal, greatly reducing shutdown loss. It enables single-end independent pressure bearing with block valve function, suitable for tank inlet/outlet and dead-end installation, compatible with global mainstream standard flanges.
- Triple Offset Hard Seal, Zero Leakage & Long Service Life
3D triple offset friction-free design ensures no sliding friction of sealing surfaces during opening and closing, with service life 5 times longer than ordinary soft seal valves. Sealing surfaces overlaid with Stellite hard alloy for high temperature, erosion and seizure resistance. Elastic metal seat realizes self-energized bidirectional sealing, tighter with higher pressure.
- High-Strength Materials, Wide Corrosion & Pressure Adaptability
One-piece valve body with uniform wall thickness and excellent pressure bearing capacity. Optional materials include WCB carbon steel, 304/316 stainless steel, duplex steel, with excellent acid, alkali and chloride corrosion resistance, suitable for PN10-PN64 pressure ratings.

Optional manual operation for DN50-DN80, standard worm gear drive for DN100 and above for labor-saving operation. Reserved ISO 5211 mounting pad for direct connection of pneumatic/electric actuators for remote automatic control. Standard anti-static, blow-out proof stem and high temperature packing seal, optional API 607 fire-safe design for stable and safe operation.
