Hard Seal Butterfly Valve features a core
100% metal-to-metal seal pair with 3D
triple offset friction-free operation design, no rubber, PTFE or any non-metal soft parts in the whole structure. It completely solves the pain points of soft seal butterfly valves such as poor high temperature resistance, easy aging and insufficient fire resistance, with the advantages of bidirectional zero leakage, erosion resistance, long service life and intrinsic fire safety. Compliant with API 609, API 607 and other international standards, it covers sizes from DN50 to DN1200, and is a special valve for pipeline control in harsh working conditions.

Core Structure
All Metal Sealing System
The seat, disc sealing surface and compensation structure are all made of metal. The sealing surface is overlaid with Stellite hard alloy or sprayed with tungsten carbide, with hardness up to HRC40-65, excellent wear and erosion resistance. The integrated elastic metal seat realizes bidirectional self-energized sealing, automatically compensates for thermal expansion and contraction, with sealing grade up to ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class V zero leakage.
Triple Offset Friction-Free Operation Structure
3D design of shaft eccentricity, disc eccentricity and cone angle eccentricity ensures no sliding friction of the sealing surface during the whole opening and closing stroke, only fitting at the moment of full closing, completely eliminating the hidden danger of metal surface wear. The cycle life is more than 10,000 times, and the operating torque is more than 60% lower than that of ordinary butterfly valves.

Integrated Safety Pressure Bearing Structure
One-piece high-strength valve body with optional wafer/flanged/butt weld connection; bottom-mounted blow-out proof stem with metal-graphite packing seal, no external leakage risk; all-metal anti-static design + API 607 intrinsic fire-safe structure, suitable for high-risk working conditions; reserved ISO 5211 standard mounting pad for direct connection with manual/worm gear/pneumatic/electric actuation.

- Strong Corrosive Chemical Conditions: Fine chemical acid and alkali pipelines, seawater desalination systems, electroplating wastewater treatment, optional stainless steel/duplex steel/special alloy materials, no swelling and corrosion risk of non-metal parts.
