This Electric Top Entry Ball Valve adopts an integrated thickened top-entry body, equipped with a special quarter-turn electric actuator, combining two core advantages of inline maintenance without pipeline disassembly and electric automatic remote control.
Manufactured in strict accordance with international common valve standards such as API 6D, API 598 and ASME B16.34, it features accurate switching and stable sealing, and can be directly connected to DCS, PLC and other industrial automatic control systems to realize remote on-off, flow regulation and status feedback. It is suitable for key industrial pipelines requiring unattended operation, remote automatic control and inconvenient shutdown maintenance, such as petrochemical, oil and gas gathering, municipal pipe network, power plants and so on.

1. Top-entry Structure for Easy Maintenance
Adopt integral forged or precision cast one-piece body to eliminate leakage hidden dangers of split body. All internal parts are assembled and disassembled from the top for maintenance. During on-site overhaul, there is no need to remove the flanges and pipelines at both ends of the valve. Just loosen the top bonnet bolts, and the core wearing parts such as ball, seat and stem can be quickly taken out, which greatly shortens the downtime and reduces the operation and maintenance workload. It is especially suitable for complex working conditions where pipeline disassembly and displacement are inconvenient, such as high-altitude laying, underground pipe networks and large calibers.
2. Electric Actuation for Precise Automatic Control
Standard industrial grade quarter-turn electric actuator with stable operation and sufficient torque, supports conventional on-off control, optional 4-20mA analog modulation type for accurate flow control. The actuator is equipped with precise mechanical and electrical limits to avoid jamming and overtravel. It is also equipped with an emergency manual operation mechanism, which can manually open and close the valve when power or signal is cut off. It supports both local control and remote automatic control, compatible with various industrial automation systems to realize unattended control.
3. Tight Sealing, Bidirectional Zero Leakage
Floating ball self-energized sealing structure, the medium pressure pushes the ball to fit the seat, the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal, realizing two-way sealing without leakage. The soft seal type is equipped with high-precision PTFE/PPL seats, which are precisely ground and paired, reaching ANSI B16.104 Class VI zero leakage. The hard seal type can be optional with Stellite alloy overlay, which is high temperature resistant, erosion resistant and wear resistant, suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature steam and media with a small amount of particles.
4. Rigid Body, Stable Operation
One-piece body resists pressure and deformation, suitable for high-pressure and alternating temperature services. Full bore polished channel ensures low flow resistance and smooth medium flow.
5. Full Protection, Wide Application
The electric actuator is standard with IP67 protection, waterproof and dustproof, adaptable to harsh environments such as outdoor and humid conditions. Explosion-proof type ExdⅡBT4/CT4 is optional for flammable and explosive media such as natural gas and oil. The valve body is equipped with API 607 fire-safe structure, anti-static device and bottom-mounted blow-out proof stem, comprehensively eliminating potential safety hazards such as static fire, stem ejection and medium leakage, meeting the safe operation requirements of high-risk working conditions.
