This Electric Three Eccentric Butterfly Valve (Standard Model: D943H Flanged, D973H Wafer) is an industrial-grade valve for harsh working conditions, with intelligent electric actuation as the control core and 3D triple offset metal hard seal as the high-performance main body. The core adopts 3D triple offset design (shaft eccentricity, disc eccentricity, sealing cone eccentricity), realizing full-stroke friction-free and low-torque operation.
Equipped with a dedicated intelligent electric actuator, it can be seamlessly connected to PLC/DCS industrial automatic control systems for remote precise on-off, flow proportional regulation and real-time status feedback. It features bidirectional zero leakage, high temperature and erosion resistance, long service life and high pressure stability. Fully compliant with API 609, GB/T 12238, ISO 5211 and other international standards, it covers sizes DN50-DN1200 (NPS 2″-48″), widely used in key industrial pipelines with high temperature, high pressure and precise automatic control requirements, such as power plants, petrochemical, oil & gas storage and transportation, metallurgy, coal chemical industry and municipal heating.

- Optimized 3D triple offset design ensures the sealing surface of the disc only contacts the valve seat at the moment of full closing, and completely separates after opening, no sliding friction during the whole stroke. Operating torque is over 60% lower than ordinary concentric butterfly valves, with a cycle life of more than 10,000 times, 5-8 times longer than standard soft seal butterfly valves, ideal for frequent operation conditions;
- High-strength metal seal pair: the sealing surface of the seat and disc adopts plasma spray welded Stellite hard alloy / supersonic sprayed tungsten carbide, with surface hardness up to HRC40-65, excellent high temperature resistance, erosion resistance, anti-seizure and anti-aging performance, perfectly suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature steam ≤425℃, media containing solid particles and dust;
- Elastic metal seat self-energized bidirectional sealing: self-tightening sealing is realized by medium pressure, the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal.
