This High Pressure 3 Way Ball Valve with Flanged End is a professional flanged multi-way industrial fluid control valve tailor-made for PN10-PN63 (Class150-Class600) high pressure working conditions. The full series only adopts standard GB/ANSI flanged connection, its core adopts a high-pressure special integral forged/precision cast valve body, matched with L port / T port optional flow channel structure. Through 90° rotation of the ball, it accurately realizes reversing, diverting, converging, cross switching and on-off control of medium in high-pressure flanged pipelines. A single valve can replace the combination function of multiple 2-way high-pressure valves, greatly simplifying the layout of high-pressure flanged pipeline systems.
Available in full sizes DN15–DN200 (NPS 1/2″–8″), it strictly complies with global mainstream high-pressure valve industrial standards including GB/T 12237, ANSI/ASME B16.34 and API 608. Widely used in petrochemical, oil and gas gathering and transportation, power plants, metallurgy, high-pressure water treatment and other fields, it is the core control equipment for high-pressure flanged multi-pipeline systems.

1. Exclusive Design for High Pressure Working Conditions, Full Range Adaptation of PN10-PN63
The valve body is integrally forged/precision cast from A105/WCB carbon steel, 304/316 stainless steel, with wall thickness reinforced design according to the highest pressure rating of PN63 (Class600), eliminating the risk of valve body deformation and cracking under high pressure working conditions;
100% of the valve body and flange connection part are inspected by ultrasonic and hydraulic pressure non-destructive testing, the pressure resistance performance far exceeds the industry standard, and it can operate stably for a long time in the full pressure range of PN10-PN63 without leakage and failure;
Floating ball structure is standard for DN15-DN50, which realizes self-tightening sealing by medium pressure, the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal; trunnion mounted ball double seat structure is standard for DN65-DN200, which greatly reduces the opening and closing torque under high pressure working conditions, with stable operation and no jamming.
2. L/T Port Dual Flow Channel Design, Multi-Function in High Pressure Working Conditions
L Port Flow Channel: Realizes accurate two-way reversing and single-line on-off switching of high-pressure medium, suitable for opening, closing and cross reversing control of 2 independent high-pressure flanged pipelines, replacing the combination function of 2 high-pressure 2-way valves;
T Port Flow Channel: Realizes diverting, converging and three-way mixing synchronous control of high-pressure medium, suitable for uniform distribution and convergence of multi-pipeline high-pressure medium, replacing the combination function of 3-4 high-pressure 2-way valves, greatly reducing the engineering construction cost of high-pressure flanged pipelines.
3. Special Sealing Structure for High Pressure, Bidirectional Zero Leakage Reliable Shut-off
Soft Seal Type: Standard high-pressure reinforced PTFE/PEEK/PPL valve seat with built-in disc spring preload structure, even under the rated maximum pressure of PN63 (Class600), it still achieves ANSI B16.104 Class VI bidirectional zero leakage, with low opening and closing torque and easy operation, suitable for high-pressure clean medium working conditions;
Metal Hard Seal Type: The sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat are overlaid with Stellite hard alloy on stainless steel matrix, after high-precision paired grinding, the hardness can reach HRC40-60, resistant to high pressure erosion, wear and high temperature, with bidirectional sealing up to ANSI B16.104 Class V, suitable for harsh working conditions of high pressure and high temperature, particle-laden medium.
4. Full Series Standard High Pressure Flanged Connection, Easy Installation & Reliable Sealing
Flange dimensions, sealing surface and bolt hole spacing strictly comply with GB/T 9113 and ANSI/ASME B16.5 high-pressure flange standards, with standard RF raised face sealing surface, optional RTJ tongue and groove surface sealing for high pressure working conditions. It can be directly seamlessly connected with domestic and foreign high-pressure flanged pipelines of the same standard without modification and adaptation;
Flange butt seal matched with special high-pressure metal spiral wound gasket / metal clad gasket, the sealing performance is far better than welded connection. It remains no external leakage and no looseness even under high pressure alternating load, cold and heat cycle working conditions, with safe and stable long-term operation;
The flanged connection is easy to disassemble and assemble, no hot work welding is needed to complete the installation, disassembly and daily maintenance of the valve, which greatly reduces the on-site construction and operation and maintenance costs of high-pressure pipelines, perfectly suitable for the installation requirements of full bore range from DN15 to DN200 high-pressure flanged pipelines.
