This Butt Weld Metal Seated Butterfly Valve (Standard Model: D363H) is an industrial valve specially designed for high pressure harsh working conditions, with butt weld integrated connection as the core and 3D triple offset metal-to-metal seat as the sealing main body. Both ends of the valve body are prefabricated with standard welding bevels, which can be directly butt welded with the same material pipeline to form a breakpoint-free integrated connection, completely solving the hidden dangers of gasket leakage and bolt loosening of flanged/wafer type valves. Equipped with high-performance metal seal pair, it has the core advantages of high temperature and erosion resistance, bidirectional zero leakage, pipeline stress resistance and long-term maintenance-free operation.

Fully focused on the core design of butt weld connection, it solves the external leakage pain points of conventional valves from the root:
- Both ends of the valve body are prefabricated with standard butt weld bevels, in strict accordance with ASME B16.25 and GB/T 12224 weld end standards, with precisely controlled bevel angle and root face size, suitable for on-site all-position welding. After direct butt welding with the same material pipeline, it forms an integrated pipeline, completely eliminating the hidden dangers of external leakage such as gasket aging, bolt loosening and end face leakage of flanged connections, especially suitable for buried, subsea, high pressure, flammable and explosive medium working conditions;
- The valve body adopts one-piece high-strength precision casting/forging process with uniform wall thickness, designed with equal strength to the pipeline, with strong resistance to pipeline stress, vibration and temperature alternation, perfectly suitable for long-distance transmission pipelines and frequent start-stop working conditions;

High Performance Metal Seat Seal Pair, Bidirectional Zero Leakage & Harsh Condition Resistance
Adopting triple offset metal-to-metal seal structure, the sealing surface of the seat and disc adopts plasma spray welding Stellite hard alloy, supersonic spraying tungsten carbide process, with surface hardness up to HRC40-65, excellent high temperature resistance, erosion resistance, particle wear resistance and anti-seizure performance, suitable for wide temperature range from -40℃ to 650℃, with service life more than 8 times that of ordinary soft seal butterfly valves. The elastic metal seat adopts bidirectional self-energized sealing design, which can realize full pressure grade sealing in both forward and reverse directions, with sealing grade up to ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class V zero leakage. The higher the medium pressure, the tighter the seal fit, which can automatically compensate for thermal expansion and contraction, avoiding high temperature jamming and seal failure.

Triple Offset Friction-Free Opening & Closing Structure, Low Torque & Long Service Life
Optimized 3D triple offset design (shaft eccentricity, disc eccentricity, sealing cone eccentricity) ensures the metal seat and disc sealing surface only contact at the moment of full closing, and completely separate after opening, no sliding friction during the whole stroke. It completely avoids wear of the sealing surface caused by frequent opening and closing, with operating torque over 60% lower than ordinary concentric butterfly valves, and cycle life more than 10,000 times, greatly reducing the actuator specification, perfectly suitable for frequent operation and long-term continuous operation conditions.

Manual/worm gear drive is optional for DN50-DN100, worm gear mechanism is standard for DN125 and above, suitable for labor-saving operation of high pressure and large diameter working conditions.
