Product Overview
This 3 Way L Port Ball Valve (Model Q44F) is a special reversing three-way valve with 90° orthogonal L-shaped flow channel as the core, also known as diverter ball valve or flow switching ball valve. Through 90° rotation of the ball, it can accurately realize medium flow direction switching, single line on-off, and alternate transmission of standby and working pipelines. It can only connect two mutually perpendicular channels, and the third channel is completely cut off. One valve can replace the combined function of 2 two-way ball valves, greatly simplifying the pipeline layout, reducing engineering costs, and eliminating the risk of medium cross flow.

Core L Port Orthogonal Flow Channel, Accurate Reversing Without Cross Flow
The product fully focuses on the core design of L port. The internal flow channel of the ball is a 90° right-angle L-shaped structure, which is a special flow channel built for medium reversing switching. Through 90° rotation of the ball, it can realize the either-or precise switching between the inlet and two outlets (when A→B is connected, port C is completely closed; after 90° rotation, when A→C is connected, port B is completely closed). It cannot realize simultaneous connection of three channels, fundamentally eliminating the problem of medium cross flow and mixing from the structure.
The flow channel adopts full bore design, the inner wall is mirror polished with rounded smooth transition, with low fluid resistance and no medium retention dead angle, suitable for high viscosity and small particle-containing medium working conditions. Standard equipped with four-seat bidirectional sealing structure, which can realize reliable sealing in both forward and reverse directions. Any channel can be used as an inlet, with extremely strong installation adaptability.

Accurate structure matching according to diameter and pressure: Floating ball structure is standard for DN15-DN50, which realizes self-tightening sealing by medium pressure, the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal; trunnion mounted double support structure is standard for DN65-DN300, the ball is equipped with high-precision fixed support shafts on the upper and lower sides, no radial offset and no extrusion deformation of the ball under high pressure working conditions, the opening and closing torque is constant and stable, which completely solves the industry pain points of sudden torque increase, uneven wear of sealing surface and opening jamming of floating ball structure under large diameter and high pressure.
